Pull out your inspector gadget glasses and dig into your financials. Understand what you're positioned to purchase at this time. This means partnering with your lender when looking at your credit and expenses and knowing for certain where you stand.
2. Plan, plan, plan!
Now that we know what we're working with, we strategize together to figure out a personalized plan for your short and long term goals to get you into your dream home.

3. Start your home search
The fun begins! We will find a home for you in your ideal neighborhood that checks off the boxes on your list. Bright and sunny, corner lot, spacious backyard, and all the other things that your heart desires. Your home will be the place where you feel at home!
4. Make an offer
Time to negotiate.
We'll work together to strategize on the the best way to submit an offer that will be accepted. There are many factors that go into submitting a strong offer. Don't worry. We will be well-prepared for this step.
5. Inspections and Closing
With the offer being accepted, we take a closer look at the property by conducting home inspections to ensure we know as much information as possible for this investment. We can work with the seller on items that need to be repaired. In order to close on the property, the lender will schedule an appraisal of the property to ensure the property is worth the price you agreed to pay for it.
6. Key Day!
Once your loan is approved and you sign the closing documents that transfer home ownership from the seller to you, the keys are your final step! Congratulations!
